Process Operator

The Process Operations Technician will ensure the safe and efficient operation of assigned areas, working either on a 12-hour rotating shift or an 8-hour day schedule. This role involves monitoring process conditions, conducting quality-related analyses and implementing improvements. The technician will report variances, support investigations and contribute to safety and environmental standards. Collaboration with mentors and team members is key, alongside accountability in routine task execution.
