In this role you will be a link between customer support and R&D and have a deep understanding in the software product as well as the needs of the customer. The position will be a part of the support organization and be based in the Jönköping office.
You will examine and troubleshoot data sets including generated logs and reported system behaviors from clients. Typical tasks will also be to develop tools and processes for data analysis as well as managing large amount of data and testing newly developed software. You will work together with the bathymetric Lidar support team and have direct contact with customers and other support teams around the world.
