Micromeritics Acquired by Malvern Panalytical

Micromeritics, located in Norcross, Georgia, has been acquired by Malvern Panalytical for $630 million, with an additional $53 million contingent on performance. This acquisition merges Micromeritics’ particle characterization technologies with Malvern Panalytical’s analytical tools, aiming to enhance workflow efficiency and provide comprehensive material analysis solutions.

The deal is expected to strengthen Malvern Panalytical’s market position by broadening its product offerings. Micromeritics’ established financial performance and growth prospects are anticipated to complement Malvern Panalytical’s existing capabilities.
