APCO Check Valves from DeZURIK

DeZURIK’s APCO CRF Rubber Flapper Check Valves are designed to prevent backflow in municipal and industrial systems handling clean or dirty media, including raw sewage, industrial wastewater and slurries. The company states that the valves require minimal maintenance and offer a 100% unobstructed flow path to reduce the risk of clogging.

The CRF 100C model complies with AWWA C508 standards and is certified for drinking water applications. Key features include a 45° body seat angle to reduce slamming, a steel-reinforced rubber flapper for bubble-tight sealing, and an internal spring for rapid closure. Optional upgrades such as a spring return control device and elastomer lining are also available.

DeZURIK says the CRF valves are available in 2–48″ sizes with ductile iron construction and ASME 125/150 flanges. Options to meet AIS and BABA requirements are offered, along with accessories such as hold-open devices, position indicators and proximity switches.
