ADS Showcases StormTech Chamber Testing

Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. (ADS) says its StormTech® stormwater chamber systems are engineered to meet demanding performance standards through extensive design modelling and rigorous physical testing. These chambers are used in applications such as roads and parking lots, where structural resilience is essential, and undergo qualification protocols that include live load and load frame testing, material analysis, and long-term durability simulations.

ADS adds that its in-house Engineering and Technology Center plays a central role in refining product designs, including the recently launched SC-800 chamber, which was developed using more than two decades of engineering data to optimize material placement and structural stiffness. The company also works with third-party laboratories, universities, and consultants to validate performance and contribute to the development of industry standards.
