Bioworks Hosts Tunisian Visit on Wastewater

Bioworks welcomed a Tunisian delegation to its headquarters near Munich as part of the Bayern – Fit for Partnership program, coordinated by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs and Bayern International. The visit centered on sustainable wastewater management practices, with Bioworks presenting its experience in developing energy-efficient treatment solutions for both centralized and decentralized systems.

The company introduced its proprietary BIOWORKS® aeration systems and custom approaches to lagoon-based and modular wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) designs. Discussions covered technical planning, operational strategies, and opportunities for infrastructure development in Tunisia and the MENA region.

According to the company, such international exchanges contribute to knowledge transfer and are essential for promoting environmentally responsible wastewater solutions in emerging markets.
