MANN+HUMMEL is expanding its Management Board from two to three members as part of its strategic focus on sustainable growth, customer centricity, and operational resilience. The change introduces the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, emphasizing efficiency and reliability across production and the global supply chain. The reorganization reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to adapt to a dynamic geopolitical and economic environment while maintaining leadership in filtration.
Emese Weissenbacher, currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will assume the new role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the global supply chain and related support functions. Jurate Keblyte joins as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 25 years of international experience in financial transformation. The expanded Management Board, which also includes CEO Kurk Wilks.
