Operations Manager

Aquatech are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP/WWTP). The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, team leadership, and a safety-first mindset to ensure reliable plant performance. Duties include staff supervision, maintenance planning, customer liaison, and continuous improvement. Prior industrial management experience required.
