Sulzer say it is strengthening its presence in South America with an expanded sales force, a new service center, and direct access to its water treatment technologies. The company has relocated its São Paulo office to a more central location and established a new service center in Jundiaí, bringing the total to three in Brazil. Customers in the region now have direct access to Sulzer’s full range of water transport and treatment solutions, including screening, sedimentation, and filtration equipment from Nordic Water, a Sulzer brand.
Nordic Water supplies water treatment plants with compact and efficient technologies, which are designed to address key challenges such as large-scale water reuse. The company highlights that its growing local team of engineers, sales staff, and service personnel can now provide more direct support, including faster delivery times for equipment and spare parts.
“Sulzer has been directly involved in the Brazilian market for over 75 years, and the company is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. Our teams have huge expertise and a wealth of knowledge in water management that can help our customers to achieve more effective and more efficient processes.” said Michael Yang, Sulzer’s Managing Director for South America.
