The Purchasing Strategy & Digitalization (PS&D) function within Volvo Group Purchasing serves as a Centre of Excellence, driving the strategic direction for purchasing on behalf of the Executive Management Team. Collaborating closely with line functions, PS&D focuses on enhancing efficiency through digitalization, governance, and harmonization, while promoting synergies, continuous improvement, and digital transformation. Additionally, the Head of PS&D oversees Volvo Group Purchasing India, supporting the Chief Procurement Officer and Head of GTP.
