ACCIONA Recognized as 2025 Top Employer

ACCIONA has been certified as a 2025 Top Employer in twelve of its key markets, including Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, the United States, Canada, Chile, South Africa, Peru, and the Philippines. The company also received the certification for the first time in Qatar and Portugal. In addition, for the fourth consecutive year, ACCIONA has been awarded the Top Employer North America seal, recognizing its position as one of the best employers in the region.

The company has also earned the newly introduced Enterprise Seal, which is granted to organizations certified in at least ten countries where 95% of their workforce is based. Of more than 2,000 certified companies, only nine received this distinction. ACCIONA’s global PEOPLE strategy focuses on merit recognition, diversity and inclusion, a transformative work environment, and leadership, aligning with its 2025 Sustainability Master Plan.

Top Employer highlighted ACCIONA’s Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability policies, where the company achieved a 10% higher score than the global average. The certification is based on the HR Best Practices Survey, which assesses companies on people strategy, work environment, talent development, employee well-being, and inclusion efforts.
